Body Based Coaching 1:1

Body based coaching is a weaving together of multiple disciplinaries to create a tailored coaching therapeutic session to get you back in your body and have you sourcing energy from sustainable sources rather than that which is depleting you. We are burnt out, we are exhausted and by reconnecting to our nervous system, by learning to listen to our bodies and by knowing how to respond – we can achieve great change that even stands the test of time, under great pressure.  

THERAPEUTIC SOMATIC YOGA 1:1

Meeting the same blocks and patterns continuously? Feeling called to move forward but at every opportunity, you freeze and resort back to unhelpful patterns that keep you stuck?
