You cannot fall out of Love

I CANNOT FALL OUT OF LOVE.

Love holds me, Love flows through me,

Love carries the worries away,

Through the winds, the leaves and the hay.

Love knows which way to go,

“Leave no stone un turned”, it said – 

I follow blindly, connected, rooted even when led “astray”.

 

I trust you love for you are the radiant infinite shine,

Even in these moments,

spiralling darkness,

Unconditionally held, my sacred witness.

Brightly burning from your heart and mine.

 

 

When all else fails,

I give up the fight,

I put my sword down and

follow only what feels truly right.

 

Not an endless giving, no saviour in sight,

Just a blissful energetic pull towards the mission,

Fuelling me.

Not an overextension,

trying too hard to feed the plight.

 

It’s here and I give up the need to know.

It is a quest only for the brave,

I let go of the other, who is always right,

And following alongside

The ones with an insatiable appetite.

 

I love you life. Through thick and thin.

I am your servant, 

a devoted beacon for your perfect paradox,

the heart shattering darkness and the ever permeable light.
